Part Time Body >> An ongoing series of video, installation, and print works combining queer femme tropes with ubiquitous building materials and historically charged architectural forms. Fantastical configurations of seemingly disparate objects build a personal symbology through which Nawracj addresses the vulnerability of physical and theoretical structures. The series draws on Nawracaj's personal experiences with work in construction/renovation as well as their roots in drag and queer cabaret.
